With Contaqs you can swipe entries in the contact list. Swipe to right to get direct access to email, SMS and phone calls. Swipe to left to send or edit your contact.

Click on the upper left menu and choose "Groups". To create a new group, tap on the title bar and select "New group". After creating groups you have the following options to assign contacts to groups: - In the group itself - In an individual contact - In the contact list with drag n drop - In the contact list with mass assignment

Contaqs is based on the integrated iOS database. We're not transferring your data to 3rd parties and/or upload it to our server.

You can change the order in the iOS options. Navigate to "Mail, Contacts, Calendar". Then "Contacts" -> "Sort order". Possible values are "First Name/Last Name" and "Last Name/First Name".

If you only want to use specific contacts from Facebook or Google for example you can change the default account in the iOS settings. Just go to "Mail, Contacts, Calender" and change the default account. This will affect the groups, too.

To connect your Facebook users with Contaqs you need to synchronize iOS with Facebook. Goto the iOS options and choose "Facebook". Make sure to activate the App (from Apple) "Contacts".

By tapping "Refresh Facebook contacts" in the iOS options a clone of the existing Facebook contact will be created by iOS (because of read only access). This is managed by iOS and not by Contaqs but we're working on a update to link the modified Facebook contact to the existing one.

The Smart Lists "Family" and "Friends & Colleagues" will be filled automatically from assigned contacts.

First, assign your own contact in the Contaqs options:

Edit this contact: Scroll down and you'll find a similar screen (only if your contact accepts assigned contacts):

Tap on the blue arrow to assign a contact as (for example) "mother". This contact will be displayed in your Smart List "Family". If you want to assign contacts to your "Friend & Colleagues" Smart List just use "friend" as type.

Contacts from specific sources (like Facebook) are not allowed to be edited. But it is possible to create a editable copy (via the top title menu).
